First Impression: ELF Cream Eyeliner

Hello there! A couple of days ago I did a first impression on the ELF Cream Eyeliner. I bought it at Walmart for $6 (plus tax). I got the cream eyeliner in the color black. The packaging comes with a small eyeliner brush. It claims to be long-wear and smudge proof. Click the 'read more' button to see the packaging, swatches, and how it wears throughout the day!

The packaging is made of all plastic. The edges are a bit sharp and it is quite difficult to open the container without the corners jabbing into your hand. I might be the only one that has this problem because I have small hands.
The ELF packaging comes with a small eyeliner brush. When I opened the package, there were a few bristles popping out of the side. It was a bit hard to create a good cat eye with this brush.

The product is not as creamy as I would want it to be. When I dip my brush in the product, I have to dip it a few times to get the amount of product I would like.
These are the swatches of the eyeliner. It isn't as opaque as I would want them to be. I made these swatches with the brush provided in the packaging.
Tried a winged liner look with the brush and it did not work out! I am kind of embarrassed of this.
9:18 am
As you can see from the picture, they are very clean, very nice lines. They are darker than the actual swatches I did from the original brush prodived. I used my own eyeliner brush to apply my eyeliner. It looks pretty good as of right now.

2:32 pm
As of this time, you can see there is a bit of smudging right in the corner of my eye. When I closed my eye, there is a bit missing from the right eye. It isn't as opaque as it was that morning.

10:03 pm
It is now 10 at night. The smudging in the corner of my eyes has transferred in a downward motion. I don't know if you can see from the photo, but the tip of the winged eyeliner is coming off. That does not look cute.

Overall Review:
Rate: 5/10 (average)
Would I recommend to a friend: No, there are so many better options.
Worth the money: No, it seemed like a 4 dollar product.
Long wear: NOPE
Smudge proof: NOPE

Overall, this isn't a horrible product. My eyelids are oily so that may be a problem. Before applying the eyeliner, you can apply a primer to reduce oily eyelids and it might clear up the problem of missing spots. I did not retouch on my make up throughout the day. It held up pretty well.
